ON COURT
Stroke Routine : Designed to perfect strokes all-round the court

Working on weaknesses- Speed & Stamina Enhancement through shadow Play, Shuttle Runs and Court Training
Power Tune- A blend of Indian and Chinese Styles to Develop a Lethal and Completely Competitive Game.
Tournament Exposure- Exposure of Players to all levels of Competition

OFF COURT
Physical – A full time qualified Physical Trainer to work on the players:

5).Injury Resistant Training
6).Cooling Down Exercises

Mental- A trained Sports Psychologist to work with players on Mental Match Planning; Understanding Body Language; Killer Instinct ; Maintenance of Composure During Close Matches; Off and On Court Manners and Attitude Building

Nutrition- An expert Sports Nutritionist to help plan the right diet for players. Every athlete has different needs depending on his/her body structure and metabolism and a specially customised program go a long way in enhancing their stamina and strength.
